The short version: Bettermade is a personal productivity and self-improvement tool. Use it for yourself, don't abuse the AI features, and understand that it's a coach, not a doctor.
By downloading or using Bettermade, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app. These terms apply alongside Apple's standard End User License Agreement, which also governs your use of the app.
Bettermade (by Night.inc) is a life-organization app with six modules: Apex (goals and habits), Aura (mind and mood), Nexus (business tracking), Wardrobe (clothing catalog and outfit generation), Kinetic (fitness and nutrition), and Index (self-guided learning). The app is free to use. Some features send requests to our backend to generate AI-powered responses (schedules, chat replies, generated workouts, outfits, and lessons).
Bettermade is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use it.
Everything you enter — journal entries, goals, logged meals and workouts, closet items, chat messages — is yours. It's stored locally on your device; we don't claim ownership over it. You're responsible for what you enter, including keeping backups, since deleting the app deletes locally-stored data with it.
AI-generated schedules, coaching replies, workouts, and lessons are starting points, not professional advice. Bettermade's AI Coach is not a substitute for a doctor, therapist, registered dietitian, certified trainer, financial advisor, or any other licensed professional. Use your judgment, especially around health, fitness, and financial decisions.
AI responses can be wrong, outdated, or not suited to your specific situation. Don't rely on them for anything where being wrong could cause real harm — check with a qualified professional first.
You agree not to:
Wardrobe's redeem-code feature and Apex's streak rewards can link out to 2AM (noctis.fit), a separate Night.inc storefront. Purchases you make there are governed by that store's own terms, not this agreement. We're not responsible for third-party sites you reach through links in the app.
Bettermade is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night.inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.
You can stop using Bettermade any time by deleting the app. We may discontinue or modify the app or its backend features at any time.
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use Bettermade after an update means you accept the revised terms.
